Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

My interest in pelvic health developed early in my career as a physiotherapist as I identified a knowledge gap in therapists, physicians and patients regarding the importance of proper pelvic health. I quickly realized that I too was unequipped to deal with complaints of pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and postpartum pelvic dysfunction. 

So I went back to school. I enrolled in several continuing education courses specific to pelvic floor therapy and worked my way through rigorous training with Ontario's leading pelvic health physiotherapists. I am now fully certified in Level 1, 2 and 3 from Pelvic Health Solutions. 

As a clinician, my treatment style is very person-specific. I understand that patients are not
defined by their condition; therefore, be prepared for someone who is willing to take the time to
get to know you and what treatment will work best for you!
